The Zeller team organized the course on metagenomic bioinformatics, the materials for which can be found in this gitlab repo In this course, I helped to teach:
- visual exploration of metagenomic datasets
- exploratory data analysis for metagenomic datasets
- functional profiling
- univariate and multivariable statistics for metagenomic datasets
